Meet Our Incredible Team

Meet Tom, our newest member to the Pounds team who will be overseeing the Aesthetic division of Pounds. Tom is a member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He has extensive training and experience in aesthetic medicine with Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler certification through Esthetic Skin Institute, and certification through Cellular Medicine Association, Charles Runels, M.D., for Vampire Facial, Vampire Facelift, Vampire Breast Lift, Vampire Wing Lift, O-Shot, P-Shot, and Platelet-Rich Plasma for Hair Restoration. “Preventative medicine and healthy aging have always been my passion. I believe esthetic medicine is an art and our bodies are dynamic, physiological, multidimensional canvases.”

Tom also brings his passion for weight loss to Pounds Transformation. “Bariatric medicine (weight loss) provides me with the opportunity to mitigate weight related diseases and illnesses.” Tom has decades of experience managing weight related illnesses and endocrinopathies. “Hormone imbalances are often the reasons that individuals become overweight and remain overweight.” As a member of The Obesity Medicine Society, Tom stays current on the best practices for the management of overweight and obesity including but not limited to disease related medical management, pharmacotherapy, individually specific dietary guidance, activity recommendations, and counseling.
