Refund Policy

Any product may be returned within 15 days for a 100% refund, including shipping, in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. Please email us to verify the defect before returning any defective product otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the return.

Non-defective merchandise (which is not a food or nutritional supplement) may be returned for a 100% refund only if in resalable condition, within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any non-defective merchandise. Perishable products, opened products, and items not in resalable condition are not returnable.

Shipping Policy

Orders over $45 receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping. The shipping cost of an order (when the order is below $45) is determined through estimated national average USPS Priority rates based on a summation of product weights. Products should be received within 3-5 business days depending on how far you are from our Southington, CT shipping center.
